No app, no account
Guests scan a QR code, pick an emoji avatar, and shoot straight from the browser.
A collaborative event photo album: every guest's camera becomes one shared, live gallery — no app, no account. Designed, built, and run by BIS.
EveryTake turns a party into one shared camera roll. Guests scan a QR code, pick an emoji, and start shooting from the browser — every photo lands in a single live album on the big screen. It is a BIS product: the same decision-and-systems engineering behind our client work, pointed at our own SaaS.
Traditional events lean on one photographer and a scramble to collect everyone's phone photos afterward. EveryTake makes sharing the party itself — in real time, for guests of any age or device.
Guests scan a QR code, pick an emoji avatar, and shoot straight from the browser.
Theme-specific challenges nudge guests toward creative, memorable shots.
Points, likes, and rankings update in real time on phones and on the TV.
A live slideshow, top-10 ranking, and a join-QR all on the big screen at once.
Full-resolution files stay uncompressed, ready to download after the event.
A closed album only participants can see — built to comply with LGPD.
EveryTake is designed, built, and operated in-house at BIS — a real-time Next.js app on Firebase, billing on Stripe, shipped bilingual in English and Portuguese.
It was born at a real party — first tested at the founder's own child's birthday before public launch — and it runs live today at everytake.me. It is the working proof of what BIS ships: not slideware, but production software people use.
If you have a product to build or an operation to optimize, BIS does the same for you — as software you run, or hands-on consulting. EveryTake is what that capability looks like when we point it at our own idea.
BIS designs, builds, and runs software end to end — plus the optimization and AI consulting behind it. Tell us what you're building.
